Job Description

Our Sous Chef @ Heritage Greens assist in preparing all food to the highest standards with thoughtfully designed menus often for multiple dining venues. Ensures excellent sanitation and cleanliness at all times.

Schedule: Full Time Mostly 1st shift, including every other weekend

Pay Rate $23.00/ hr

Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?

• Assists with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients and
• scratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes
• Assists in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares,
• equipment and supplies
• Assist in organizing the kitchen and schedule
• Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
• Train and develop new kitchen associates

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• Be a progressive and creative thinker
• Be a high school graduate (preferred)
• Have 3 years of professional culinary experience
• 1 year supervisory experience (preferred)

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

• A current ServSafe certification required
