The Senior Director CSC FI Operational and Agile Excellence, Innovation is a critical leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational transformation within Factory Integration (FI). With a global team of approximately 20 employees across three teams, the role requires balancing strategic vision and operational execution to enable agility, foster innovation, and ensure continuous improvement. The position also plays a key role in collaboration with manufacturing management across regions, with a focus on Europe, Asia, and North America.

In your new role, you will:

• Support the development and deployment of a forward-looking Factory Integration strategy aligned with corporate objectives and future needs
• Drive Agile adoption (e.g., SAFe) to improve organizational agility and accelerate value generation
• Foster innovation by addressing emerging challenges with creative and scalable solutions while promoting continuous learning
• Ensure operational stability through standardized processes and governance while leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed team with tailored development programs to address future challenges
• Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders, advocate for operational excellence, and promote cross-departmental collaboration
• Oversee cost planning, budget allocation, and resource prioritization to maximize value and operational efficiency

As a Senior Director CSC FI Operational and Agile Excellence, Innovation, you recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of the team members. Furthermore, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Lastly, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Extensive experience in senior leadership roles with a strong focus on operational excellence, Agile transformation (e.g., SAFe), and innovation
• Proficient in governance of standardized processes and IT business process management standards (e.g., ITIL), with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire globally distributed teams while fostering collaboration across diverse cultures and regions
• Capable of managing global complexity by aligning diverse teams to unified strategic goals and balancing strategic priorities with operational execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including navigating cross-cultural environments, building trust, and advocating for new initiatives to gain organizational buy-in
• Visionary thinker with resilience and adaptability to thrive in complex, high-pressure environments while ensuring practical execution of innovative ideas
• Committed to fostering cross-departmental collaboration, avoiding silos, and promoting teamwork across the organization
• Fluent language skills in English
