The Senior Director CSC FI Operational and Agile Excellence, Innovation is a critical leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational transformation within Factory Integration (FI). With a global team of approximately 20 employees across three teams, the role requires balancing strategic vision and operational execution to enable agility, foster innovation, and ensure continuous improvement. The position also plays a key role in collaboration with manufacturing management across regions, with a focus on Europe, Asia, and North America.
