The Customer Success team dives deep to identify what levers, initiatives, and sales strategies can best support our partnerships through their partner lifecycle – from acquisition to full funnel adoption.
Our team works cross functionally across Amazon Ads – Finance, AdTech, Product, Marketing, Account Executives, Partner Development Managers – to solve complex problems, identify opportunities and develop sales strategies that drive partner growth and impact. This individual is an expert in business strategy and operations and are both analytical and strategic. They are pragmatic and results-oriented. As a Partner Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist, you’ll contribute to the development of the Global Partner Development org’s strategic plan through actionable insights, monitor key metrics to drive accountability as well as surface risks and opportunities to senior global and local leadership.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $99,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
