We're hiring Mechanical Assemblers for our evening crew—those who thrive in a quieter, focused work environment and appreciate a three-day weekend every week. This 2nd shift role runs Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour nights and optional OT on Fridays for those who want extra hours.

You’ll be assembling mechanical components used in high-impact industries—from healthcare to agriculture to government contracts. It’s hands-on, meaningful work in a shop that values precision and performance.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

• Put together mechanical parts using hand/power tools
• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints
• Use calipers, micrometers, and visual inspections to maintain quality standards
• Contribute to low-volume, high-mix product builds where no two jobs are exactly the same
• Work safely and cleanly—gloves provided to protect against oils and adhesives

???? Who Thrives Here

• People with 6+ months of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly
• Those familiar with calipers, micrometers, and basic hand tools
• Candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and work well independently
• Bonus points if you've tinkered with car repairs, have medical assembly or worked with electrical components

You'll be in a thoughtfully designed facility assembling products like brakes, gear motors, and drive systems—with up to 300+ product variations to keep things interesting. The space is clean, organized, and set up for quiet focus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.00/hr.
