As our Sales Performance & Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s global sales success. This role is all about enabling our sales teams to exceed their commercial goals through smart tools, strategic processes, and operational discipline.
You’ll lead the design and delivery of performance initiatives, manage CRM adoption, and ensure our sales reporting and incentive programs are aligned with business objectives. If you’re a commercially minded organiser with a passion for data, systems, and people, this is your chance to make a big impact.
