About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Java trading Software Engineer in Fixed Income Currency and Commodities (FICC) Data Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology.
This team is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing features that drive the data strategy for the Fixed Income Electronic Trading line of business.
We are looking for a highly accomplished Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in building large-scale, low-latency systems to join our technology team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a seasoned technologist with a strong background in Java, Python, and time series data, and a proven track record in capital markets. You will lead the design and development of mission-critical systems that power data-driven business lines and support real-time decision-making.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
