THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Manager, Reporting & Measurement, UB Media, will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Retail Media Network by ensuring we have accurate, reliable, and actionable measurement solutions across our suite of ad products. This individual will help oversee the strategic commercial vision and technical alignment around the development and implementation of measurement methodologies, tools, and reporting to ensure UB Media is providing viable and valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders like our Sales & Account Management Team.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL OF THIS BY:

  • Measurement Strategy: Execute a comprehensive reporting & measurement strategy for UB Media to help reach our financial goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify measurement needs and opportunities.
  • Measurement Methodology: Develop and manage measurement methodologies in partnership with analytics team(s), including attribution models and campaign effectiveness KPIs. Partner both internally and externally to test and analyze to validate accuracy of these methodologies.
  • Data Management & Quality: Partner with product & engineering on the collection, integration, and quality assurance of data from various sources, including first-party data, third-party data, and marketing channel partners. Implement data governance processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Partner in the design and delivery of reports, dashboards and visualizations to clients and internal stakeholders that provides actionable insights. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, account management, marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure that measurement capabilities align with business objectives.
  • Technology & Tools: Collaborate with IT and other internal teams to ensure the integration and maintenance of measurement systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate that into business requirements. Communicate insights in clear and concise manner.
  • Audience Strategy: Partner with peers on commercial strategy and execution of 1P audiences. Help navigate current and future data clean room opportunities and strategy.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 5+ years of experience in measurement and analytics, preferably in the digital advertising, media industry or retail media industry.
  • Experience working in digital marketing environment, e.g., with ad servers, web analytics, search bid management etc.
  • Understanding of measurement methodologies and techniques, including attribution modeling, lift analysis, and ROI measurement
  • Understanding of broad statistical techniques, A/B testing&hellipetc
  • Experience with clean rooms (audience & measurement) a plus
  • Experience with data management and governance
  • Knowledge of SQL / SAS / Python / R is a plus
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment, deal with ambiguity, and remain focused on execution.
  • Ability to work closely with external partners and ad agencies, especially trading desks, programmatic buying teams, and digital media buyers.

The pay range for this position is $102,900.00 - $136,200.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
