Join AXA Partners as the Global Head of Pricing and Data Modelling - Assistance ! We are looking for a visionary leader with over 10 years of experience in insurance to lead our team of actuarial and data science experts. You will be responsible for creating a hub of technical excellence, developing sophisticated pricing models, and enhancing our risk assessment capabilities.

What you’ll be doing:

Your main responsibilities would be as follows :

• Establish a technical excellence hub for actuarial and data science.
• Develop sophisticated pricing models to support local teams.
• Enhance data quality and availability for in-depth analyses.
• Oversee risk evaluation to ensure profitable growth.
• Collaborate with underwriting and finance teams to refine profitability tools.
• Ensure compliance with risk management guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and recommend actions to secure business profitability.
• Mentor and develop a team of actuaries and data analysts.
• Promote the use of data analytics to enhance business decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for both external and internal partners.

What you’ll bring :

• Qualified Actuary with over 10 years of experience in insurance.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance markets and pricing techniques.
• Coding skills (R, VBA, SAS/WPS, Python) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French and other languages are a plus.
• Team spirit, solution-oriented mindset, and strong analytical abilities.
