Production Supervisor NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! CALL 661-775-2570
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the manufacturing processes and procedures in factory production operations
- Enforcing all safety policies on the production floor
- Collaborates with various departments to expedite and facilitate the flow of raw materials, components, bulk and finished product through the department.
- Ensure productivity, safety, housekeeping and quality product goals are met/exceeded.
- Lead and improve production efficiencies in the area to meet safety, quality and on-time delivery goals.
- Engage and inspire the team to perform their roles at the highest level capable while fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
- Partner closely with Quality to drive root cause problem with urgency
