Who You’ll Work With

The Pacific Northwest (PNW) Business Operations team supports our teams across Seattle and Portland. Our team focuses on partnering with market leadership teams to drive strategic planning, financial management, engagement health, and operational excellence. We bring efficiency to internal functions, enabling our teams to focus their time on our clients.

What You’ll Do

The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of one or more portfolios (~ 50M annual revenue). This role reports into the Business Operations Lead of the PNW.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist pursuit teams in maintaining sales, opportunity, and staffing data in our systems
  • Liaison to the Engagement Management Office and other global services teams to research complex questions and troubleshoot issues in support of the opportunity and engagement lifecycles.
  • Analyze metrics in a variety of platforms, including PowerBI and Salesforce, and develop robust and meaningful insights for account, industry, and market leader decision making.
  • Monitor engagement financials and collaborate with delivery teams to mitigate risks
  • Champion global initiatives and provide process support for the business, including influencing others to adopt operational best practices.
  • Support account planning and forecasting activities
  • Facilitate account onboarding for strategic accounts including background checks, client credentials, and equipment provisioning

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • 1-5+ years professional work experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (written, verbal and visual), with the ability to convey insights across various stakeholders, turning information into intelligence
  • Financial aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Exceptional analysis skills
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Excel, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Interest in identifying and driving process improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate within and across teams.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with the willingness to learn, develop expertise, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Preferred Experience:

  • Professional services industry experience
  • Salesforce or similar CRM tool
  • Power BI or similar analytics tool

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, at the Analyst level the base salary pay range is $53,000 to $74,000 and the targeted base salary range for the Senior Analyst level is $62,000 to $93,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
