Jr. MEP Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based in downtown Los Angeles. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong foundation in MEP systems and a passion for fieldwork and design support. You will play a key role in supporting maintenance operations, conducting field surveys, assisting with take-offs and drawing markups, and providing on-site support for capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with field surveys, drawing markups, and take-offs for maintenance departments
• Support outside contractor activities and USG capital projects
• Interpret and work with MEP design drawings
• Provide technical support for plumbing and mechanical systems in high-rise facilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Junior MEP Field Construction Support Engineer
• Experience in high-rise facility construction support, especially with plumbing and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with MEP design drawings and field implementation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $135200.00 - $145600.00/yr.

PTO 3 Weeks (120 Hrs/Yr)
