Platform Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement a comprehensive roadmap for enterprise AI capabilities, including generative AI tools, agent-based frameworks, and decision intelligence platforms.
- Architect and optimize scalable, secure, cloud-native AI infrastructure to support diverse workloads (traditional ML, generative AI, real-time agents).
- Manage platform services across the full lifecycle—from development to production—ensuring high performance, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to align platform investments with critical business outcomes (e.g., operational efficiency, risk modeling, customer experience).
Engineering & Operational Excellence
- Lead the development of robust AI/ML pipelines and platform tooling (e.g., CI/CD for model deployment, observability, rollback strategies).

- Drive platform reliability and uptime, troubleshooting complex technical issues and proactively enhancing system resilience.

- Incubate and scale cutting-edge AI applications such as:

- Experience: 15+ years in engineering, technology strategy, or platform leadership roles—ideally with exposure to both AI/ML systems and large-scale enterprise operations in regulated industries.
- Technical Depth: Proficiency in Python, cloud-native AI/ML platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI), orchestration frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps tooling (Kubeflow, MLflow, etc.).
- AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with generative AI ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face), autonomous agents (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen), and vector databases.
- Leadership: Proven success managing complex programs and large technical teams, with strong cross-functional alignment skills.
