WHAT TO EXPECT

The Finished Vehicle Distribution department is responsible for the movement of new JLR vehicles, to customers in over 100 Markets worldwide, so there is a huge opportunity in improving every step of the customer experience to turn more of our clients into brand advocates, ensuring they stay with us when they are ready to order their next car.

We work with our valued Service Providers as one united team in pursuit of people love. We organise, manage and monitor the movement of every vehicle produced. This helps to ensure that delivery takes place in a timely and efficient manner, whilst maintaining the highest build quality levels possible.

• Management and development of European Distribution team (Nitra).
• Management of day to day Outbound Distribution Operations.
• Interface with Manufacturing, Quality, Launch, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Purchase, Lead Logistics Providers (national & international) and Customs.
• Distribution route change, planning, cost assessment and deployment.
• Ensuring Policy Deployment and timely Distribution Scorecards objective updates.
• Planning and coordination of Finished Vehicle Launch Stocks supporting New Model Launch Activities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills you'll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

• Experience of managing or supervising teams
• Good understanding of supply chain management either national or international.
• Excellent knowledge of customs processes and documentation
• Experience in manging Transport Service Providers in a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong data analytics capability and high attention to detail. Experience working with data visualisation tools like Tableau & PowerBI are advantageous.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
