Subject Matter Expert in Global Team - Program Management

Program Administration & Documentation

  • Manage and maintain program documentation using SharePoint, ensuring content is current, well-organized, and accessible to global stakeholders.
  • Develop and enforce system standards across regions, providing training and support to ensure consistent adoption.
  • Coordinate document workflows and version control using Azure DevOps and other Microsoft collaboration tools.

Financial & Performance Reporting

  • Support budget planning and financial tracking for IoT programs; monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Use Power BI to collect, analyze, and visualize team metrics, performance indicators, and operational trends.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations that communicate program success, financial performance, and strategic insights.

Global Standards Implementation

  • Collaborate with regional managers and technical leads to ensure consistent implementation of global IoT standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to regional teams, addressing challenges and promoting best practices.

Cross-Regional Collaboration & Coordination

  • Align local initiatives with global objectives by facilitating communication and coordination across regions.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to promote transparency, collaboration, and shared accountability.
  • Monitor IoT system performance globally, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge Management & Process Development

  • Partner with internal team managers to develop and maintain global standards and process documentation.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles that support triage workflows and operational procedures.
  • Support integrator engagement by providing feedback, ensuring compliance with standards, and tracking performance.

Maintenance Planning

  • Collaborate with technical teams to build and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans for IoT systems.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of maintenance activities and recommend adjustments to improve reliability and uptime.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in program coordination, administrative support, or operations management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with IoT systems, smart building technologies, or infrastructure operations.
  • Experience developing and maintaining knowledge base content and process documentation.
  • Understanding of global standards implementation and cross-regional program delivery.

Salary Range

$98,040.00 - $154,800.00 USD (Salary)
