Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate ITSM rollout activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Verify training documents and onboarding formats to ensure they meet defined standards and requirements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for diverse user groups including technical and non-technical teams.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for users in line with ITSM framework.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Bachelor's degree (BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience :
2+ Years of experience in handling ITIL processes
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in preparing and delivering training sessions and documentation.
Preferred Skills :
Additional Information
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
