Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate ITSM rollout activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
  • Verify training documents and onboarding formats to ensure they meet defined standards and requirements.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for diverse user groups including technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for users in line with ITSM framework.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor's degree (BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience :

2+ Years of experience in handling ITIL processes

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering training sessions and documentation.

Preferred Skills :

Additional Information

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools:
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
