We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Integrations Developer with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining both pre-built and custom API integrations. This role plays a critical part in enabling seamless data exchange across our business systems, enhancing automation, and improving our digital workflows.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in API architecture, is comfortable working with third-party APIs and cloud platforms, and is excited about solving integration challenges across platforms such as ERP, CRM, Finance, and other critical infrastructure technologies.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Assist the end-to-end execution of system integration or API projects with a focus on data consistency, performance, and scalability.
2. Maintain documentation to support each integration or API development process and mapping.
3. Assist in maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align on integration objectives and technology initiatives.
4. Monitor integration performance collaboratively and implement improvements or enhancements as needed.
5. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and version control related to integrations and APIs within core business processes.
6. Follow governance frameworks to ensure all integrations comply with data privacy, security, and compliance obligations.
7. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom and pre-built API integrations across all enterprise systems.
8. Utilize other colleagues knowledge and strengths to build towards best outcomes for the business.
9. Support business continuity planning by ensuring robust integration redundancies and risk mitigation strategies.
10. Other duties as assigned.

1. Must be able to learn and work with key organization technologies (i.e. Acumatica, Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier, JotForms,, etc.)
2. Must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders
3. Must have experience with programming languages. (Python, JavaScript, C#, or other)
4. Must be able to manage multiple projects/efforts at one time
5. Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
6. Must be able to start a task with minimal guidance and overcome challenges as encountered
7. Must have a high attention to detail
8. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
