You will join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. We work with construction of mixing equipment for the food industry worldwide, and we are specialists in mechanical design, electrical design, process design, QA and project management. We are particularly proud to offer our customers projects where we include process understanding, supply of machines, support, troubleshooting, commissioning and documentation in one package.

We are now looking for an Automation Engineer who will work with construction of mixing equipment for the food industry worldwide,

The position is permanent and based in Aalborg, Denmark (Tetra Pak Processing Systems AS). Occasional travel may be required

What you will do

As an Automation Engineer you will Assemble customer solutions based on Tetra Pak’s automation library.

Main responsibilities:

  • PLC programming in Siemens TIA and Rockwell Studio5000
  • Configure UI/HMI based on industrial PC, using Aveva InTouch and SQL database
  • Equip and set up automation hardware
  • Test and verify the solution at our production site before the product is shipped to the customer
  • Document the delivered product from hardware, process, and operational perspectives
  • Provide support to customers
  • Manage internal development projects and maintain our automation solutions

We believe you have

  • Very good knowledge in automation and PLC-programming
  • Knowledge in electrical design
  • Experience working with automation from the manufacturing industry
  • You are fluent both in written and spoken Danish and English

As a person, you are self-driven and capable of structuring our automation solutions, you also thrive as a project participant in larger contexts. You recognize yourself in the following: You can prioritize your own time and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. You enjoy working with different professions such as production, project managers, sales, and end customers in an international environment.
