Executive - Inventory Controller

Merchandise control : 1. Responsible for planning timely availability of merchandise to maximize sales during Events, Promotions, New Launches & etc.

2. Responsible for delivery of Goods from WH to store with timely GRN in SIM

3. Resolving all kinds of store stock discrepancy with coordination of WH.

4. New Shipment details / arrivals / CPS are updated and communicated to sales staff and stock requisition regularly

5. Damage control and shrinkage levels are maintained in terms of manufacturing defects, customer returns, on the floor damages and transit damages and reports are communicated to the management from time to time

Availability and replenishment :

1. Maintaining 80% business contributor SKU’s 95% availability at store basis on 80:20 analysis.

2.Regularly reviewing the Stores Min Max and suggesting the required changes to planning team to maintain the optimum level inventory through ARS at store

3. Regularly reviewing Sales Vs Space efficiency to improve the productivity (SPSF) of stores.

4.Informing stores 15 days in advance on the new products arrival with photos and price points

5.Coordinating with Planning Team and agreeing with store on the space for placing the items in the store.

6.Suggesting planning team for Product Ranging basis on stores classification and requirement

7.Suggesting the liquidation of existing stock-slow seller/last pcs to stores so new stock can be accommodated.

8.Working on the liquidation plan for slow movers and last pieces.

9.Recommending price revisions to planning team whenever required looking at the movement of products

10.Sharing the approved prices for selling damage and last pieces from store.

11.Sharing the performance of sales and promotion with stores.

12.Regularly visiting the store and resolving the concerns of the stores for display, stock etc.

13.Ensuring all the merchandise on promotion and sale reach to store before start of the event.

14.Responsible for quality check of new arrival & providing feedback of the same

15.Sharing the Packages and Deals information with store, Availability in store and WH and any changes with effective date of Change.

16.Responsible for monitoring the Click and Collect over all performance with regards to Pick and Pack as per process

17.Coordinating with Third Party Vendor of Market Place with regards to inventory and other process.

18.Uploading the Bundle offer and Sale Pricing in RMS for POS updation

19.Updating WAS and Now in PDT for Label Printing

20.Creating mattress stock orders for All UAE stores.

Inventory Hygiene

1.Responsible to ensure ageing inventory is within agreed limits.

2.Responsible for reducing Pending COD, DTBC by regular reviews and monitoring

3.Responsible for maintain error free inventory through control checks & following procedures to correct negative inventory, Perpetual counts, Stock takes & etc.

4.Responsible for timely damage clearance

5.Responsible for proper documentation of customer returns, Credit notes & other process which impact inventory

6.Sharing product quality report forth nightly basis to management

7.Sharing the Packages and Deals information with store, Availability in store and WH and any changes with effective date of Change.
