The Global Network Delivery organization, within AWS, is seeking a business intelligence manager to build our metrics and reporting suite including predictive analytics
This role will provide leadership and operational oversight for a team of business intelligence engineers. You will providing data and insights through a variety of reporting tools as well as developing trend analysis to identify key drivers in the business and identify anomalous activity. You will create predictive modeling, ensure strong data governance, and provide input to the strategic roadmap for continued growth and maturity in the business. You will conduct deep dive investigations into operations execution and business problems, identify opportunities, and lead or support solutions. You will partner with in-house scientists, global supply chain, transportation and logistics teams to identify new BI capabilities and projects.
The successful candidate will drive data-driven decision-making, foster cross-functional partnerships, propose and implement new tooling and approaches to data science to mature our ways of working, and elevate support for our customers.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
