The Demand Tech team is seeking a software engineer to drive the development of industry-leading campaign forecasting and recommendation solutions. This role sits at the intersection of ads technology, science, product, UI/UX, and business strategy, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of forecasting and recommendations at scale. You will lead efforts to design, build, experiment, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are both technically sound and deeply impactful.
Success in this role requires orchestrating complex technical solutions that bridge demand forecasting algorithms with scalable, user-centric applications—ensuring the technical architecture not only supports accurate predictions but also delivers actionable insights through intuitive interfaces. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust systems that process vast amounts of advertising data, handle real-time bidding signals, and generate precise demand forecasts while maintaining high performance and reliability. Key challenges include optimizing microservices for latency-sensitive operations, implementing efficient data pipelines for processing historical campaign data, and developing flexible APIs that can adapt to evolving advertising products and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical leadership in distributed systems, possess deep knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, and excel at mentoring teams through complex technical decisions. You'll need to balance technical excellence with business acumen, collaborating across organizations to translate statistical models into production-ready solutions that drive advertising effectiveness and revenue growth.
