The GameX program is part of the IES shopping org contributing to the lifecycle progression charter - the larger vision of the org is to drive efficient, step-function acceleration in customer engagement across Amazon Markets by acquiring customers and influencing them to progressively trust us more with their purchases. Our vision with Gamified Experiences is to craft immersive, entertaining & rewarding experiences to drive sustained repeat engagement across Amazon’s Emerging Markets and accelerate customers’ lifecycle.
Our engineers own the complete gamification experience for Amazon India & emerging stores, work on a wide range of technologies (including AWS , ML models, Gen AI’s technology) and build and operate highly scalable, low latency mobile first products and services. We are solving the last mile engineering challenges for the next set of customers who first experience Amazon on their mobile phones.
