Production Assemblers Needed in Colorado Springs - Hiring Immediately, No Formal Interview!

Pay Range: $16-$18/hour *depending on shift and department*

We’re looking for motivated individuals to support the production of irrigation equipment, including high-volume light assembly and heavy-duty industrial sprinkler systems used in agriculture.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble wall faucets and irrigation components—10,000 to 14,000 units daily.
• Take on physically demanding tasks, including assembling sprinklers weighing over 50 lbs.
• Use hand tools and lubricants to manually twist and secure sprinkler heads.
• Stand for extended periods (10–12 hours/day) and be available to work Saturdays.
• Rotate job assignments every two hours to keep things fresh and engaging.

What You Bring

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or construction environments.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate machinery is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and physical stamina.

Shift Options

• 1st: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 3rd: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.75/hr.
