Job Title: CNC Swiss Machinist

Job Description

Join our precision machine shop specializing in parts for the medical device market. As a CNC Swiss Machinist, you will set up and operate CNC Mills to achieve incredibly tight tolerances. Depending on your skills, you may engage in long-run production or mid-run setups on multiple machines, with opportunities for advancement to prototype work. You will conduct frequent in-process inspections using equipment such as calibers, micrometers, and microscopes, and you will be responsible for deburring your own parts under a microscope.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Mills, ensuring tight tolerance parts for medical devices.
  • Conduct in-process inspections using calibers, micrometers, and microscopes.
  • Perform long-run production and mid-run setups on multiple machines.
  • Deburr parts under a microscope.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of experience running CNC Mill with Fanuc controls and knowledge of G&M codes.
  • 1+ years of setup experience including basic setups, tool changes, and offsets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience from RMS, RMS Surgical, Donatelle, Heraeus, Graco, or Integer is beneficial.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and operate CNC mills.
  • Competence in blueprint reading and in-process inspection.

Employees work 12-hour shifts and benefit from a structured work environment that prioritizes precision and quality.

This is a Permanent position based out of Big Lake, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $111000.00/yr.
