Join our precision machine shop specializing in parts for the medical device market. As a CNC Swiss Machinist, you will set up and operate CNC Mills to achieve incredibly tight tolerances. Depending on your skills, you may engage in long-run production or mid-run setups on multiple machines, with opportunities for advancement to prototype work. You will conduct frequent in-process inspections using equipment such as calibers, micrometers, and microscopes, and you will be responsible for deburring your own parts under a microscope.
We offer direct placements and a unique pay structure with daily overtime after 8 hours, enhancing your earnings. Our shift differentials further increase your hourly rates. We support continuous learning through tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 per year after six months of employment. Employees can also apply for our apprentice program, where they learn various aspects of machining, setup, quality, finishing, and programming, eventually advancing to our journeyman program with higher pay.
This is an extremely clean and process-oriented precision machine shop dedicated to the medical device market.
