This is a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician position, working from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with occasional weekend work when necessary. The role involves maintenance and support of product-specific work cells to minimize downtime and optimize productivity, particularly in the mixing/mill area focusing on power transmission equipment such as conveyors, gearboxes, and fluid transfer systems.
This opportunity offers substantial career growth within the maintenance department. Employees benefit from double time pay on Sundays when transitioning from contractor to direct hire, along with weekly overtime availability.
The role is based in a production manufacturing environment, which may occasionally require personal protective equipment like hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes. It is a fast-paced company operating in the vibrations industry.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
