  • Oversee the rationalization and simplification of applications, data, and integrations across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle ERP, AWS, CommerceTools etc.).
  • Champion data strategy and architecture, enabling real-time data flows, ML/AI use cases, and a robust Customer 360 view.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CTO and executive leadership team, guiding technology investments and roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Product, UX, Data, Security, and Infrastructure to shape cohesive, customer-centric platforms.
  • Effectively communicate architectural vision and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Performance, Quality & Innovation

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refactor, modernize, or replace legacy components.
  • Define architectural KPIs and implement monitoring systems for performance, uptime, and scalability.
  • Encourage innovation by piloting emerging tech, frameworks, and design patterns that advance our platform

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams, including direct oversight of architects or senior engineers.
  • Experience leading architecture across multiple enterprise domains, including eCommerce, SaaS, cloud platforms, and data systems.
  • Proven success in guiding digital modernization or cloud transformation efforts at scale.

Technical & Leadership Expertise:
