????Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate welding equipment and comply with all site safety rules
  • Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to execute precise welds
  • Perform MIG welding on mild steel components
  • Assist with robotic welding operations
  • Support cross-functional production needs and train new team members
  • Execute layout, fitting, grinding, and assembly tasks as needed
  • Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures

✅Must-Have Skills

  • 1+ year of MIG welding experience (mild steel)
  • 1+ year of blueprint reading
  • Proficiency in MIG welding, blueprint interpretation, and weld quality control

➕Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Fabrication, fitting, grinding, and assembly experience
  • Exposure to robotic welding systems

????Work Schedule

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
  • Occasional OT on Fridays and every other weekend
  • Initial training on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to final shift

????Interview Process

  • On-site assessment (tape reading, blueprint reading, geometry)
  • Weld test: flat position, butt joint, T-joint, and open-top box assembly

????Additional Info

  • Drug Test: 5-panel OralTox required
  • No certifications or PPE required to start

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
