YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and execute data analysis and interpret the results based on requirements to support the Express audit department and the Data Analytics team.
• Prepare data reports and clear data visualizations for stakeholders in all regional Express audit teams.
• Develop tools and audit programs in strong cooperation with the Express audit team to support the internal audit work.
• Support the development of the yearly risk assessment and ensure regular maintenance and update of KPI’s.
• Take ownership and discuss findings/data analysis results with management and create high quality audit reports and working papers in line with Internal Audit standards.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, especially in the business IT area.
• Provide trainings to all regional Express audit teams on data analysis tools and support the development of big data analysis skills within the Internal Audit Department Express.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in information technology, data science, business administration or comparable qualification
• First experience/knowledge in:
  • Database query language (SQL)
  • Programming (Python)
  • Data warehousing and data science tools (Snowflake/DataIKU)
  • Process mining
  • MS Office, and Excel
• Knowledge of machine learning and experience in building automated agents using large language models (LLMs) is a plus
• Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
• Convincing communicator and negotiator
• Analytical and conceptual abilities
• Analytic problem solving
• High personal responsibility and high degree of integrity
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
• Rapid comprehension
• Flexibility and willingness to travel locally and internationally
