Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Training/ QA onsite position at Richardson, TX

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall training requirements, ensure sufficient training resources are available to roll out required new hire induction and program training. Flag resource constraints timely to allow alignment of training plans with training resource capacity.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of Service Provider and program training materials and overall curriculum in close collaboration with training and outsourcing team.
  • Develop materials according to process standards.
  • Implement clear overall quality strategy with scalable process / tools/ systems that allow resource efficient monitoring of decision accuracy and align to customer’s contract agreement.
  • Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develops improvement plans, and collaborates with operations team to improve quality performance.
  • Establish quality governance process and operations to ensure effective communication and organization.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities and coordinates with different functions operations, training, workforce, and reporting towards quality improvement

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity

Location-based Roles “Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. Richardson, TX area candidates are eligible for this role only.”
