As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be more than a problem-solver—you’ll be the trusted voice of a leading window and door brand helping to build homes and communities across America.
Responsibilities
- ???? Deliver outstanding service and support to our customers with care and professionalism
- ???? Process and review service requests quickly and accurately
- ???? Communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers on product concerns and resolutions
- ???? Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Scheduling, and Production teams to ensure seamless service
- ???? Coordinate scheduling for Service Techs performing warranty and repair visit
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service using an enterprise system—preferably in manufacturing
- Familiarity with window sales or service is a plus
- Ability to convert fractions to decimals
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Calm under pressure, deadline-driven, and highly organized
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Computer savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Meticulous attention to detail with a sense of urgency
