Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage all accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
Verify and reconcile invoices and statements
Prepare and process payments, including checks and electronic transfers
Maintain and update vendor files and records
Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP
Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Flexibility to work overtime when required
