Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 3- 4 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Disqualifiers:
  • Not located in PST time zone: Candidates must be able to work in Pacific Time; otherwise, they will be disqualified.
  • Less than 12 months of contract access remaining: Candidates should have at least 12 months of access left; less than this may lead to disqualification.
  • Lack of required hard skills: Missing any of the top hard skills (process management, testing, documentation, content curation) will result in disqualification.
  • Best vs. Average:
  • Attention to detail: Detail-oriented approach, especially in testing and process management.
  • Collaboration: Ability to coordinate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Staying up to date on project changes and managing shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualification/Experience

4+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, content, and partner organizations with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

3–4 years of experience in manual testing across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on ability to work fast paced environment and quality of work.

Definition;

  • Process management: The ability to coordinate and streamline the workflow across different teams, such as product, content, and partner teams. This includes setting clear goals, timelines, and deliverables, as well as monitoring and reporting on the progress and outcomes of various initiatives. The ability to communicate and collaborate with the product teams and other stakeholders, such as partner teams, to get the information needed
  • Testing: Perform detail-oriented manual testing with a strong quality assurance practice across diverse environments.
  • Experience testing across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to manage and validate scenarios involving multiple test accounts and user roles.
  • Strong user experience (UX) testing skills focused on usability and accessibility.
  • Proficient in writing and executing test cases, and documenting defects clearly.
  • Skilled in exploratory and regression testing with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable setting up test environments.
  • Content curation: The ability to research, select, and organize relevant and high-quality content from various sources, such as web, internal and external learning resources etc. ensuring the content is accurate, up-to-date.
  • Documentation: Create clear and concise workflow and technical documentation for partner teams in collaboration with the area owners, providing instructions, guidelines, and examples on how to use them effectively.

Pay Range:

$40 - $55 per hour
