About the Team:
As a member of the Shopee Korea Cross-border Incubation team, you will take full ownership of operational support and the growth of newly onboarded Korean sellers in Shopee’s SEA marketplaces. You will play a key role in pitching Shopee’s New Seller Program (NSP), converting high-potential leads, and guiding them through their early-stage development.
Job Description:
This role requires proactive communication and end-to-end account management, from initial seller meetings and portfolio planning to continuous performance tracking and improvement, and it requires strong collaboration with internal teams to provide strategic and hands-on incubation support that drives early seller success.
- Drive conversion of high-potential leads by effectively pitching Shopee’s New Seller Program (NSP) and transitioning qualified sellers into the Priority Seller Program (PSP) pipeline
- Develop strategic shop portfolio plans for newly onboarded sellers, including category focus, hero product selection, and brand/resellers positioning
- Provide end-to-end commercial support to enhance order growth, including pricing strategy, product content optimisation, shop presentation, and marketing exposure (on-site/off-site)
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the incubation period, ensuring seamless communication, seller engagement, and timely execution of action items
- Monitor seller performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce account or sales management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across functions
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive seller growth initiatives independently
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making and performance optimisation
- Agile, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Cross-border e-commerce experience is a strong advantage
