At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and driven Maintenance Technician to support our growing operations in Dublin, OH. As a key player on our 2nd shift team, you won’t just fix equipment — you'll enhance it. Your technical skills and quick thinking will directly impact production efficiency, minimize downtime, and keep our high-tech manufacturing floor running at peak performance.
What You’ll Tackle Each Day
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment including electrical, mechanical, and injection molding systems
- Troubleshoot complex issues on assembly machines, bagging machines, pneumatics, pickers, and robotics
- Use tools such as multimeters, calipers, and hand tools to diagnose and solve issues
- Assist in machine changeovers, fine-tuning performance settings, and supporting operators
- Read schematics and electrical diagrams to identify and correct faults
- Participate in process improvement projects and offer innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and plant protocols
- Document all work completed and maintain detailed maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during huddles and updates
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial mechanical or electrical systems
- Working knowledge of 3-phase power systems (up to 480VAC), panel wiring, and NEC safety standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and work in dynamic industrial environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification
- Experience in injection molding, welding, pipe fitting, or hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with hoists, overhead cranes, and heating/cooling systems
- Competence in reading engineering specs and drawings

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
