The Air Tool Repair Technician plays a vital role in maintaining, certifying, and troubleshooting plant torque control equipment and tools. Your skills will ensure accurate assembly processes and contribute to our commitment to quality production.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, audit, and certify plant torque control equipment, including air, electric, and hand tools.
  • Collaborate with Datamyte software for torque process management.
  • Use statistical techniques for torque process control and issue diagnosis.
  • Maintain electronic controlled torque tools for precision.
  • Train new employees and support Quality hold rework.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of assembly processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and hydraulics.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and communication.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams.
  • Strong math skills for measurements.
  • Familiarity with air, electric, and hydraulic tools.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical certification or relevant training preferred.
  • Previous torque equipment maintenance experience a plus.
