Our Reading area client is seeking a skilled Machine Operator! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position!

Machine Operator:

Pay: $20.00/hr starting

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:45 AM-6:00 PM OR 2nd shift 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM

On a 2-2-3 rotational schedule (Shift is 11.75 hours)

• Will work every other weekend on permanent schedule

Location: Reading, PA

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Daily inspection of product, running machines, adding materials, documentation
• Monitoring, correcting and reporting any production issues and reporting damages,
• Cleaning machines
• Housekeeping duties as assigned
• Restack and rework product, cross train to other machines

Qualifications of the Machine Operator

• At least 3 years Machine Operating Experience with steady work experience
• Must be able to stand , walk, climb, use steps, stairs and lift up to 50lbs,
• Requesting a minimum of 2 years prior pallet jack
• Must know how to read, write and speak English
