  • Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
  • Work Location: Onsite – 7034 IL Rt 84, Savanna, IL 61074
  • Reports To: Production Supervisor

Flexible Shift Options:

  • Weeknights: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Weekend Days: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Weekend Nights: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Range:

  • Mon–Thu Shifts: $16.00 – $20.00/hour
  • Fri–Sun Shifts: $18.13 – $22.67/hour
  • Night Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently to produce parts to spec
  • Read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Make basic machine adjustments and perform minor troubleshooting
  • Accurately complete production and inspection documentation
  • Keep your work area clean and organized in line with 5S standards
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
  • Support your team by taking on additional tasks when needed

  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Able to read and follow blueprints and work instructions
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Self-motivated and dependable — takes initiative to get the job done

Qualifications (Required)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Consistent work history with minimal gaps
  • Strong attendance and punctuality — essential for supporting production goals

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Required to stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending and stooping required.
  • Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
  • Must be able to work in noisy environments.
