Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure AD and Azure with a preference for those with domain experience in Supply Chain within the Consumer Goods sector. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust technology solutions to drive business success. The position operates on a day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable technology architectures that align with business objectives and leverage Azure AD and Azure capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions within the existing infrastructure.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance business operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs processes and standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of technology systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all technology solutions and architectures.
• Lead the development of proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies and approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall technology landscape and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions using Azure AD and Azure technologies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Have a solid understanding of supply chain processes within the consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Show proficiency in developing comprehensive documentation and technical specifications.
• Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Certifications Required

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until July 16, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
