Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, the EA SPORTS UFC team is on a mission to become the world's greatest fighting game. If you're passionate about building immersive digital entertainment, this is the role of a lifetime. This team works onsite Tuesday to Thursday every week.
As an Audio Technical Art Lead on UFC, you are all about building the best possible systems and workflows, enabling your team to deliver the highest quality audio for a globally recognized AAA title. Your focus is on ensuring your title’s data-driven runtime systems and department are operating at peak performance. You will assist the audio lead in realizing their vision for audio by planning, building and delegating the creation of quality workflows, sourcing and creating robust and future facing tech and data, and supporting artists throughout the dev cycle. You will collaborate with your director, fellow artists, engineers, other game teams, central technology teams and the community at large. You are a key component of your audio team and identify risks, share solutions, seek help and resources internally and externally to your teams and contribute with a positive, inclusive attitude.

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
