Who you are?

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician who is excited by the challenges of our business and variety this role offers. This position is a permanent FIFO role and you would be based at for our Lakeway site in regional WA.

Depending on the focus of your role, you will be using specialised equipment for laboratory testing of samples or performing manual handling tasks to prepare samples.

In these roles some of your tasks may be, but not limited to:

• Sample Preparation
• Digest and dilutions
• Operating and maintaining instruments
• QA/QC
• Scheduling and reporting
• Possibility of expanding into classical wet chemistry techniques

Full training will be provided for this position.

What you will bring to the role?

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

• Existing skills and experience in Sample Prep and ICP-OES is highly regarded
• LIMS experience preferred
• High degree of computer literacy preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high quality of work while meeting daily production targets
• Ability to comply with site specific and Bureau Veritas QHSE policies
• Ability to work independently and as a team

Roster

• 15/13 day and night shift rotational roster
