Job Title: Cyber Security Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing IT Business & Security Engineer to lead and support next-generation EV IT Business and Security technology initiatives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Work closely with IT security and SRE roles to design, build, and maintain resilient and efficient IT systems and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT security policies, security work procedures, and IT assets security management.
- Support IT security system operations including Cisco firewall, Stealth Watch, Cisco Ironport, DNS and proxy server, CyberArk, CiscoVPN, and AD server.
- Participate in IT incident response activities, including root cause identification, analysis, and resolution of incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Continue to learn and apply relevant software development practices, tools, and technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT security planning, security system operation, and SRE.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT cybersecurity or a related area including SRE engineering.
- Strong understanding and experience in IT security planning, IT asset management & operations, and SRE.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with security monitoring tools like Splunk or ELK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with complex requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry and electric vehicle sector is a plus.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow with the organization.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
