• Lead operational planning and process optimization for OLLI.
  • Direct the development and execution of streamlined administrative operations.
  • Establish clearly defined roles and responsibilities for staff, eliminate workflow redundancies, and enhance service delivery timelines and consistency.
  • Analyze, plan, implement and evaluate non-credit programming including adhering to university, state, federal policies and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in academic programs and services.
  • Use lifelong learning and university level non-credit programming experience and extensive knowledge to grow academic program for OLLI to enhance service delivery, ensure long term sustainability and increase adult learning enrollment.
  • Coordinate with university leadership to maintain compliance and clarity in external partnerships.
  • Review and analyze data reports with OLLI Board and AZ Online leadership.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of technical systems along with identifying functional and user-facing technology needs related to registration, member services, reporting and e-commerce.
  • Partner with UITS and external providers to implement systems that improve efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making.
  • Assess staffing needs and guide organizational planning and evaluate current and projected staffing requirements for operational needs.
  • Lead efforts to design and implement staffing models that support short-term functionality and long-term sustainability opportunities.
  • Collaborate with OLLI Board and volunteer leadership.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the OLLI Board and committees.
  • Facilitate collaborative governance practices, provide strategic input, and support planning and implementation of initiatives that advance OLLI's mission and growth.
