岗位职责

1、积极的工作,友好的为客人提供服务;

2、交流的时候热情的语调和所有宾客问候,让他们觉得受到酒店的欢迎;

3、及时有效的和宾客沟通,确保给顾客及时的答复;

4、及时准确的为酒店内外宾客转接电话;

5、记录和处理通过电话,传真,电子邮件进行的预订;

6、接受、等待预订,处理延迟,早退等预订更改,调查和记录预抵未达预订。
