The role:

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Portfolio Retail Leasing Executive responsible for leading and carrying out the leasing activity on an extensive retail portfolio for a single client across the Sydney area.

The role will be responsible for:

• Building relationships with Retailers (local and national)
• Building a strong relationship with the client
• Developing a clear understanding of the clients leasing and tenancy requirements at each location.
• Adhering to client requirements and processes for recommendations and reporting.
• Actively work with the client to ensure each location has a strategic leasing plan
• Actively demonstrate precinct and RTRL strategies to fill vacancies in line with the strategic plan.

Ideally you would have experience with the following:

• Leadership experience
• Experience as a Lease Executive within a retail environment.
• First class relationship management skills
• Demonstrated experience building and growing a retail leasing business within an agency environment desirable
• Strong financial acumen to enable the creation of monthly financial and productivity reporting.
• Superior Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail

Relevant real estate license per state requirements required
