ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:

• Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
• Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
• Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
• Recruit, manage performance and develop the careers of your team of up to 30
• Provide stock feedback and manage inventory 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for experienced, strategically minded Retail Sales Managers who have proven sales results and a passion for leading and building high performing teams. You will have:

• The ability to lead, coach and develop a large sales team
• A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
• The ability to follow and achieve wage budget in line with sales
• Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
• High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
• Strong business acumen
