As a Senior member in WLAN systems team you will play a key role in develop customized BT-WiFi Coexistence features, PHY/RF-Firmware bring-up to ensure our products meet the D/S specs. This role requires strong Bluetooth and 802.11 WiFi connectivity background and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Hands on silicon bring-up and validation with characterization over WiFi/Bluetooth Range to meet Coex KPI's in the datasheet in the test/productional environment.
• Debugging and solving cross layer customer issues – working across boundaries of BT/WLAN PHY, MAC, RF and board – while staying focused onthe underlying problem.
• Functional validation/debug of Coexistence and its interfaces on emulation platforms
• Identifying issues and proposing design and methodology improvements while driving compliance of existing design flow
• Mentoring and training other team members as necessary
• Creating collateral for internal and external use as necessary

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• BS or MS in Electrical engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience with strong background in 802.11/WiFi or Bluetooth technology
• Experience with 802.11/WiFi/Bluetooth MAC/PHY layer required
• Good understanding of RF impairments and system level understanding ofRF architectures
• Hands on Post-silicon experience of bring-up of chips with familiarityof typical lab equipment like Sniffer, Logic analyzer, Spectrum analyzer, signal generators and general lab automation
• Good debugging skills in C, using gdb, analysing crashes using stacktrace are essential
• Familiarity with IEEE 802.11/802.15/3GPP standards is desirable
• Ability to work with large, global, cross functional team
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $ 186,200 per year and maximum of $ 256,100 per year

In addition, all full-time employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
