Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a passion for transforming HR data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will excel in data visualization using Power BI, have extensive experience working with HR metrics, and possess strong data modeling expertise using tools like Snowflake and dbt. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize HR data and metrics.
  • Analyze HR data, including workforce demographics, talent acquisition, employee engagement, turnover, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with Corporate Data Team to Design, Build and optimize data models using Snowflake and dbt to ensure data accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data integrity.
  • Own, execute and collaborate on multiple/concurrent projects and requests, and manage clear expectations with all stakeholders at all times
  • Provide actionable insights through detailed analysis and reporting to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Create documentation and conduct training to ensure stakeholders can interpret and use reports effectively.
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in data analysis, visualization, and HR analytics.

Requirements

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on HR data and metrics.
  • Expert in Storytelling with data and metrics
  • Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualizations
  • Strong hands-on experience with data modeling using Snowflake and dbt or similar tools.
  • Advanced SQL experience for data querying and manipulation.
  • High level of familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG), including their data structures, APIs and endpoint connectors
  • Experience with conducting Monthly Business Reviews and presenting to Senior People Team and Business Leaders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Time and Project Management skills to multitask effectively
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced data analytics techniques such as predictive modeling and trend analysis.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Certification in Power BI or related analytics tools.
  • Report building in SuccessFactors

Compensation Range: $115,000.00 - $173,000.00, plus bonus.
