As a Technical Program Manager on Team LOAF, you will play a critical role in driving complex security initiatives from conception to delivery. On any given day, you might be coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven security solutions, managing project timelines and dependencies, clarifying requirements with stakeholders, or aligning technical priorities with business goals to maximize impact.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in security engineering or AI security solutions and excels at program management in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You are skilled at translating complex security problems into clear, actionable roadmaps and fostering alignment across engineering, product, and customer teams. You thrive on solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and driving high-quality outcomes on time. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to dive deep while maintaining a strategic view will set you apart.
