Our Pega Cloud team focuses on delivering services that are essential for Pega as a Service success. As a member of one of the most innovative and fastest-growing groups at Pega, you will work closely with talented engineers and product owners across the globe (US/EU/India) to build a highly scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) offering.

We are looking for a highly engaged, technically strong and collaborative individual with a positive attitude who wants to help us with achieving our goal - being the "Top 1" CRM SaaS company in the world! Our Pega Cloud team is distributed globally with three major technology centers in the US, in the EU and in India.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• 50% Cloud Pipelines Development
• Contribute to the development of a continuous pipeline and/or continuous deployment using Jenkins, Bitbucket, git repositories, artifactory, and other tools.
• Work as part of a collaborative agile team and take ownership of small tasks.
• Develop understandable, well-documented, clean code/scripts which meets team’s coding and design standards.
• 40% Build development & Project work
• Develop and Maintain build automation, with a focus on speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Automate basic CI/CD operations activities leveraging DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist our Release Management team & Service teams with operations along the CI/CD pipeline under the guidance of more senior colleagues.
• 10% CI/CD Tools & Standards
• Understand Pega Cloud CI/CD design, tools and standards. Assist more senior colleagues and Product Owners in documenting them.

Who You Are:

• You are a passionate developer who is able to learn very fast and expand your skillset quickly.
• You are not afraid to ask for help if needed in order to grow yourself, and you know how to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
• You understand the basis of DevOps culture, and you want to grow yourself to be a technically versatile person.

What You've Accomplished:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience,
• Good knowledge of Golang, Python, Bash or Groovy scripting,
• Understanding of Cloud technologies (should present knowledge level of AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent for Google or AWS),
• Basic knowledge of Linux and build & CI/CD tools (Linux, Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, Artifactories, etc.),
• Basic understanding of containerization tools such as Docker,
• Basic knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps is a plus,
• Very good command of English.
