Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To oversee all Warehouse Operations within a territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Develops, manages and audits processes, procedures and Warehouse Management to ensure service and satisfaction to both internal and external customers.
• Develops, manages and audits processes, procedures and Warehouse Management to guarantee Inventory Control and adherence to Company Policies.
• Develops Warehouse Annual Operating Plans for his/her respective locations.
• Manages Operations Cost per Case performance.
• Develops and audits Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices for Operations responsibilities, duties and functions.
• Manages compliance to PBV Safety & Security standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or ten (10) years of Warehouse experience in the beverage industry.
• Three (3) years of SAP experience.
• Detail oriented, analytical and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have problem solving skills as well as excellent leadership qualities.
• Valid driver’s license is required and must be able to travel 75% of the time by car and plane.

ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS

Mental Functions

Diversified and complex job requiring continuous and sustained mental effort and alertness or very close work requiring constant visual attention.

Physical Functions

Frequently (34-66%) required to sit, walk, and stand. Occasionally (0-33%) required to climb and lift up to 25 pounds. Position will be exposed to outside elements as well as production environments.

EQUIPMENT USED

Computer/keyboard, SAP, Avail, MS Office, Pick Director, Car and Pickup Truck, warehouse material handling equipment and general office equipment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES

Provide direction, training, and support as required to the Warehouse Managers to insure their success. Act as liaison between Operations and Sales; Warehouse Managers and Coporate.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English proficiently.
