Work on the 1st shift from 6am-3:30pm, with flexible hours if communicated in advance. Enjoy overtime incentives, with overtime paid after 40 hours and double time after 50 hours. The typical workweek is 40-45 hours, with potential for 50-60 hours during peak project times. Currently based in two older buildings with a new shop planned for 2024.
